These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10wen ("10wen", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 10wen.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 10wen Platform — including browsing the site without an account — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. 10wen reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register a 10wen account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 10wen strictly prohibits underage gambling in any form.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion — whether self-imposed through 10wen or ordered by any regulatory body — at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or family member of any of the above of 10wen or any of its software providers or partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

10wen reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 5 business days of a request may result in account restriction or closure. All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, which requires submission of a valid CNIC and, in some cases, proof of address and source of funds documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10wen account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any person purporting to act on your behalf.

10wen will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 10wen that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must notify 10wen immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• 10wen is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• 10wen reserves the right to require re-verification of your identity at any time as a security measure.

All deposits to your 10wen account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 10wen accepts the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and domestic bank transfers to other major Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount on 10wen is PKR 500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though your chosen payment method provider may impose its own daily or transaction limits. 10wen does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 10wen does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support within 24 hours of an erroneous deposit.
• 10wen is entitled to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits as required under our AML policy.
• Deposited funds are not interest-bearing. No interest will accrue on your 10wen account balance.

Withdrawal of funds from your 10wen account is subject to the completion of KYC verification, the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance, and the satisfaction of any applicable security review. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 10wen does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously linked to your verified 10wen account.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to verified accounts: typically 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other Pakistani banks: 1 business day.
• First-time withdrawals may be subject to an additional verification step of up to 24 hours.
• 10wen reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where fraud, money laundering, or account abuse is suspected.

10wen offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all 10wen bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have not previously held a 10wen account (for new player offers) or who meet the stated activity requirements (for ongoing offers).
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Bonuses not completed within the time limit expire and are removed from the account.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute less or not at all.
• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum bet amounts may apply to qualifying for and wagering a specific bonus.
• 10wen reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice and to reverse bonus funds if abuse of the promotion system is detected.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

All casino games available on the 10wen Platform — including slot games, live dealer games, table games, jackpot products (including Ultra Treasure), and any other RNG-based gaming products — are operated in accordance with the rules of the individual game as published within the game interface and the rules of the applicable software provider.

All game outcomes on 10wen are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The results of any game cannot be influenced by the player, by 10wen, or by any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual player results.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the affected game round is void and any bets placed during that round are returned to the player's account.
• Winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error or technical fault are void and will not be paid out.
• 10wen's record of game results and transaction history is definitive in the event of any dispute.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during play. 10wen is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection.

The 10wen sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches, the Asia Cup, basketball (NBA and EuroLeague), UFC, and other sports. All sports betting activity on 10wen is governed by these Terms together with the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface.

• All bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules vary by market and are detailed in the sportsbook betting rules.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to technical availability. 10wen reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") on odds are void. 10wen reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds regardless of outcome.
• Maximum payout limits apply to certain markets and are detailed within the relevant market. 10wen is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum payouts.
• Match fixing, insider information, and any form of sports fraud — whether actual or suspected — will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

10wen is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available within your 10wen account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with reminder alerts.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 10wen Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to activate.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a break from gaming for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 10wen Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one 10wen account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated abuse of bonuses.
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or identity to deposit, play, or withdraw.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform in any way that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or software fault for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 10wen staff, other players, or any third party connected to the Platform.

10wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is detected.
• A self-exclusion order is in effect.
• Regulatory or law enforcement requirements mandate account restriction.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your 10wen account (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the completion of any required investigation, provided no breach of these Terms is established.

All content on the 10wen Platform — including but not limited to the 10wen brand, logo, website design, user interface, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10wen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 10wen Platform without express prior written permission from 10wen.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wen, its directors, employees, affiliates, software providers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 10wen Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses resulting from participation in casino games, jackpots, or sports betting.
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or platform unavailability.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your bank, mobile money provider, or any third-party payment processor.
• Actions taken by 10wen in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account restriction and balance review.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from 10wen's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10wen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 10wen — including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment details, and gaming activity — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing communications where consent is given.

• 10wen does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, KYC verification partners, payment processors, and law enforcement where legally required.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
• All personal data is stored with AES-256 encryption and accessed only by authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

10wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 10wen will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice before the updated Terms take effect, where practicable.

Where changes are required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the 10wen Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the 10wen Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 10wen holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 10wen:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact 10wen support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint to the same address. 10wen will respond in writing within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied after Step 2, you may refer the matter to 10wen's licensing authority for independent adjudication. Details of the licensing authority are available from 10wen upon request.
